These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding public offer between ОсОО "НОВАПЭЙ" ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual or entity ("User" or "you") accessing or using the Mira online platform and related services located at https://mirapsy.app ("Service").

By accessing the website, registering an account, initiating an interactive dialogue, or purchasing session packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description & Psychological Scope

Mira is an interactive software platform that utilizes artificial intelligence and natural language processing to deliver structured psychoeducational support, cognitive-behavioral exercises (CBT), Gestalt self-reflection dialogues, and thought structuring techniques.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By registering or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We implement Zero-Knowledge privacy architecture: personal email addresses are cryptographically hashed and never displayed in public or administrative panels. You may delete your account and all associated dialogues at any time with a single click in your account settings.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Pricing

Text dialogues with Mira are accessible free of charge. Live interactive voice sessions and extended psychological reflection packages are provided under paid digital service plans.

• International Card Payments: Processed securely via our global payment partner Freemius, Inc. Supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal in USD.
• Domestic Russian Payments: Supported via Fast Payment System (SBP) and Russian bank cards.
• No Hidden Auto-Renewals: Session packages are one-time purchases without unexpected automatic card recurring charges unless explicitly designated as recurring subscriptions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you experience technical malfunctions preventing session completion or are dissatisfied with your first paid session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please review our complete Refund Policy or contact support@mirapsy.app.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and content comprising the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of ОсОО "НОВАПЭЙ" and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Service for personal self-development purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ОсОО "НОВАПЭЙ" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith amicable negotiation, and failing that, submitted to the competent courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
